1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 40,000,000 won and each year from September 9, 2013 to August 11, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship 1) The Plaintiff is the deceased F (G students, hereinafter “the deceased”).
(2) As the Plaintiff’s children, the Defendant Educational Institute is the only heir of the Deceased. (2) The Defendant Educational Institute is a school juristic person operating a H hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); Defendant C was a professor in charge of the Deceased as a professor after the transfer of the Defendant Hospital. Defendant E was a doctor who treated the Deceased from September 8, 2013 to June 1, 2013, as a major of the post-humane and department affiliated with the Defendant Hospital. Defendant D also was a major of the post-humane and department affiliated with the Defendant Hospital, who treated the Deceased from September 8, 2013 to the death of the Deceased.
B. (1) On September 6, 2013, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital for the purpose of treating drums and hiversary care on September 6, 2013. (2) On September 8, 2013, the Deceased fell from the patient bed away from the care bed, and there was an accident that faces side hives against the care bed against the care bed (hereinafter “instant accident”).
C. On September 9, 2013, the Deceased died on the ground that he/she was directly due to the heart dynamics caused by blood plessis.

2. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. According to the Defendants’ medical malpractice Gap evidence 6, Gap evidence 7, Eul evidence 1-1 to Eul evidence 9, Eul evidence 4 and Eul evidence 5, the fact-finding results with the appraiser I’s appraisal of the case: ① blood pressure of the deceased immediately after the accident in this case, 130/80mHg, 78/80m HH, 36.7mp, 20mp, 36.7mp, 20mp, and 36.7mp, 20mp, and 20mp., the Defendant hospital immediately administered a medical control to the deceased who immediately taken X-ray photographs against the deceased, and ② the deceased hospital complained of the 0mp. 01:30 on September 9, 2013, and the deceased’s child pressure was reduced to 80% on the day the deceased’s child pressure was reduced to 30% on the day the deceased’s child pressure was reduced to 30% on the same day.
