1. Basic facts

A. (i) The relationship between the parties (hereinafter “the deceased”) is the deceased who was hospitalized in the I Hospital operated by the Defendant Medical Corporation D (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) in the form of pain, etc. and was receiving treatment.
