1. On June 22, 2012, the Defendant paid to Plaintiff A KRW 1,965,102 for each of the above KRW 2,947,653, Plaintiff B, C, and D and each of the above KRW 1,965,102.

Basic Facts
Non-party E (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) is a deceased person who received medical treatment from the medical staff of the Defendant hospital at the Hanyang University Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Hospital”) operated by the Defendant, and the Plaintiff A is a child between the deceased and the Plaintiff.
(1) On June 8, 2012, the deceased was hospitalized in the part of the Defendant Hospital due to the symptoms of decline in the hearing power on the left-hand side of the deceased’s hospital and the deceased’s treatment.
(2) On June 11, 2012, the Defendant hospital conducted brain RI inspection on the deceased, and as a result, found non-spopic chronic dynamics on the left-hand transport connection, and was charged before the Deceased on June 13, 2012.
(3) On June 14, 2012, the medical professionals outside the Defendant Hospital performed cerebrovascular surgery on the deceased. As a result, it was confirmed that Non-Party F, who is a medical specialist outside the Defendant Hospital, had a non-frequency dynamic beer (5.37m x 3.51m x 4.57m x 4.57m m) on the left side of the deceased, and Non-Party F, who is a medical specialist outside the Defendant Hospital, was to implement the dynamic scam on the same day.

(2) Around 18:20 on June 15, 2012, the Defendant Hospital conducted brain CT (computer-shot photography) tests on the Deceased, and as a result, there was no outcome of the dynamic bid, and there was no outcome of the external blood transfusion.
