A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on May 10, 2017, and completed the execution of the said sentence in a prison of the Council of the Republic of Korea on May 10, 2017, and was punished seven times for any other

1. On June 20, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) around 03:50 on June 20, 2017, at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D; and (b) upon intrusion into a restaurant with the entrance without a locking container, the Defendant did not have to commit a theft on the wind that there was no anything that could be stolen.

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to steal property by intrusioning on a structure managed by the victimized person at night.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On July 13, 2017, around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the Victim F with intent to steal property from the “H” main points of the victim F’s operation in Namyang-si, Nam-si; and (b) had a large amount of money equivalent to KRW 1.8 million in the market price, which is the victim’s possession, set up on the inner floor of the body room, and the victim’s intrusion into the main store through the unlocked entrance; and (c) thefted the victim’s 1.8 million won in cash; (d) one resident registration certificate; (e) one resident registration certificate; (e) one 3.80,000 won in cash; and (e) one 300,000 won in a market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by the damaged person at night, and stolen the property.

B. On July 13, 2017, at around 03:20 on July 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime against the victim I, with the intent to steal property from the “K” main points of the victim I’s operation in Nam-si, Nam-si; and (b) invaded into the main points through the entrance without the locking entrance; and (c) stolen the victim’s personal check card with the victim’s husband’s personal name located in the cell phone case set up on the inner floor of the area; and (d) thefted the victim’s personal check card under the victim’s personal name.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes on the structure managed by the damaged person at night.
