A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on January 5, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on January 5, 2013.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On November 3, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant opened and intruded into the victim D’s operation E in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, by opening an unrecepted entrance, and thereafter, carried out one set of personal factoring devices, ice 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1,450,000 won in total at the market price owned by the victim located therein.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by intrusion upon the victim's structure at night.

B. On September 18, 2014, around 23:32, 2014, the Defendant opened and intruded into the victim G management H in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, by opening an unCorrectioned entrance, and thereafter having one electric dynamic which is equivalent to KRW 400,000 in the market price owned by the victim located therein.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by intrusion upon the victim's structure at night.

C. On November 8, 2014, at around 20:16, the Defendant invaded into the J operation of the victim J in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju. After loading a cargo vehicle parked at the same time, the Defendant carried out one charging type c.1.90,00 won in total in the market price of the victim’s ownership, one charging type c.1.90,000 won, one charging type c., one charging type c., and one electric pressure c.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by intrusion upon the victim's structure at night.

2. Night buildings, thief;

A. On November 22, 2013, at around 21:40, the Defendant: (a) opened an unrecepted entrance and intruded into the victim D operation E in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) turned off the hand, etc., and did not find the stolen objects, but did not cut off.

Accordingly, the defendant did not commit an attempted crime even though he tried to steals property by intrusion upon the victim's structure at night.
