A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on May 19, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on May 19, 2014.

1. At around 20:00 on June 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had 12 butane gas equivalent to 13,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located below the market price, located below the market price of the victim in Gwangju Northern-gu; (b) around 23:05 on the same day, the Defendant had 26,000 won in total at the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located below the market price of the victim in the above place. 2. Night building thief;

A. On June 8, 2014, around 23:30 on June 23:30, 2014, the Defendant opened a locked entrance and intruded into the H, and the Defendant loaded 20,000 won in cash, rice 1 spawn, and 2 spawn on the Defendant’s bicycle.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

B. On June 9, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant intruded into a cafeteria cafeteria operated by the injured party J in Gwangju Northern-gu, by the Defendant, through the unclaimed window of the “K” restaurant, and then loaded two bucks of rice equivalent to KRW 100,000 at the market price of the injured party’s possession stored in the warehouse.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

3. On June 12, 2014, at around 11:30 on June 12, 2014, the Defendant intrudes into the victim’s house located in Gwangjubuk-gu L by using an unlocked gate, and then has one bitart equivalent to 30,000 won at the market price owned by the victim on the inside bump.
