A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 17, 2016, around September 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) invaded on a night structure: around 22:35, Sept. 17, 2016; (b) invaded into the school room through open windows in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) went back to the school room through open windows; and (d) returned the number of the locking devices managed by the victim D and carried 270,000 won in cash in that place.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. On September 18, 2016, around 1016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the school room with open windows around 10:29, Sept. 18, 2016, the second level of C High School; (b) opened in the second grade of C High School; (c) opened in the school room through the open windows; and (d) opened in the West head by returning the number of the lock locking devices managed by the victim D; and (d) carried cash 460,000 won and cultural gift certificates 20,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure and stolen the victim's property.

3. On September 24, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, and around 00:30 on September 24, 2016, went into the pertinent school managed by the victim D through an open entrance opened to the said high school from around 00:30 on September 24, 2016, and did not bring about an emergency bell out of the school of the ulgian, while approaching the subject of larceny in the corridor of the first floor.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and attempted to steal the victim's property.

4. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the school by the entrance opened at around October 17, 2016, around 05:19, around October 17, 2016; and (b) carried out one warehouse key managed by the victim E, who is placed in the window of the music practice room building.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

5. A defendant who attempted to larceny and intruded on a structure around October 18, 2016: around 06:30 on October 18, 2016.
