1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 (O million).

2. When the defendant does not pay a fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 27, 2014, around 00:18, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) while operating an HEV-600S electric vehicle at the transportation survey office of the Nowon-gu Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu Police Station in Nowon-gu, the Defendant was investigated into the accident caused by the vehicle; (b) and (c) concealed the personal information of B from the Inspector in order to conceal the fact that the notification of the fine and the designation was received; and (d) caused C’s resident registration number (D), a company partner, to be the one’s resident registration number.

Accordingly, the defendant used the resident registration number of others unlawfully.

2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On October 2, 2014, at around 18:10 on October 2, 2014, the Defendant prepared a traffic accident situation statement without authority for the purpose of exercising the traffic accident situation statement at a traffic investigation office at the Seoul Nowon Police Station Office, and signed the “C” and the “D” column with the name attached thereto, forged one copy of the traffic accident situation statement concerning C’s certificate, and used it as if the police officer knew of the forgery at that place.

B. On December 1, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant, without authority, entered “C(D)” in the column for the perpetrator of the traffic accident without authority for the purpose of exercising the traffic investigation at the traffic investigation office of the Seoul Nowon Police Station, signed the agreement and forged one copy of the traffic accident agreement on the certificate of fact, and issued the written statement of the traffic accident occurrence situation to the police officer who is unaware of the forgery at that location as seen above, as if the written statement of the traffic accident situation was duly formed.
