Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) committed a car by driving the car free of the driver’s license on April 28, 2015 and driving the car at the intersection of the FF building in Busan Shipping Daegu at the port of yacht, and driving the car free of the lower-est surface in front of the FF building in Busan at the port of yacht. 2. The Defendant on unlawful uttering of official document presented the official document that was sent to the site at the time and place specified in the above Paragraph (1) as if he was the Defendant’s driver’s license after completing the first-class ordinary driver’s license of Defendant-dong K in the name of the Commissioner of the Busan Local Police Agency, which was in possession of the person who was requested by the JJ on the part of the guard of the Busan Metropolitan Police Station, and continuously presented that he was the Defendant’s driver’s license. On April 28, 2015, the Defendant presented the above K’s driver’s license as if he was the Defendant’s driver’s license on April 28, 2015.

3. Around 02:00 on April 28, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document or the uttering of a private document stating “K” in the name column of the statement stating the occurrence of a traffic accident with an authorized color without authority in order to exercise the right to make a statement of the occurrence of the traffic accident at an office of the transportation investigation department of the transportation police station located in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, with the aim of using it to make a statement of the occurrence of the traffic accident, and sign it on the statement column and sign it on the statement column, and forges a copy of the statement stating the occurrence of the traffic accident in the name of K, which is a private document concerning the certification of the fact immediately.
