A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 29, 2015, at around 02:30 on April 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) drafted a traffic accident situation statement at the Maritime Police Station office located in Busan Shipping Daegu, without authority; (b) signed the document without authority; (c) forged the document stating the traffic accident situation statement in the name of G, which is a private document concerning the certification of facts; and (d) immediately issued it to the police officer in charge of the traffic accident situation investigation who is unaware of the fact at the same site.

3. Illegal uttering of official document was an official document in possession of a person who was requested by a police officer in charge of traffic investigation to present an identification card at the time and place specified in paragraph (2) of the above Article, which is a public document under the name of the Commissioner of Busan Local Police Agency, and presented the first class ordinary driver's license as if the defendant was a driver's license.
