Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who actually operates meat sales business from March 18, 2015 to the name of “C” on the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B2 level.

1. Violation of processing standards, distribution period, and storage of the livestock products;

(a) No person who stores livestock products that violate the processing standards shall store or display such livestock products for sale, if they fail to meet the processing standards for livestock products, such as harmful packaging of freezing products and distributing them into actual temperature or refrigerating products;

Nevertheless, from March 18, 2015 to September 10, 2013, the Defendant 207.8kg of freezing meat equivalent to the total sales amount of KRW 8,173,500 in the above C, from March 10, 2015 to September 10, 2015, and stored them for sale as air conditioners.

(b) No person who stores livestock products of which the distribution deadline expires shall store or display such livestock products for sale, for which the distribution deadline indicated on the relevant livestock products expires;

Nevertheless, around 10:30 on September 10, 2015, the Defendant had been in custody for sale purposes of KRW 1,618,600, the total sales amount of KRW 1,618,600, and KRW 72.2kg, which was already in circulation period ( March 18, 2015) in the above C.

Accordingly, the Defendant stored livestock products that do not meet the processing standards such as preservation and distribution methods for sale, and stored livestock products with excessive distribution deadline for sale.

2. No engineer or meat packer who fails to prepare a trade statement shall prepare and keep a trade statement of livestock products or prepare a false trade statement of livestock products;

Nevertheless, the defendant from March 18, 2015 to the same year.

9. From October, 100 to the above C, even though purchasing 20 km of 500,000 U.S. S. S. pigs, etc. equivalent to the sales amount of 500,000 U.S. dollars, the purchase of 240 km of 10 km of the total sales amount of 8,592,100 km as stated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
