A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 201, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court on May 18, 201, a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, on October 14, 201, a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving), and on May 14, 201, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 7 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving in drinking), and on December 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 6 months for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving in drinking) at the same court.

1. On October 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a CSp-type car without the driver’s license from a section of about 2 km from the front of a wooden wedding place located in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-dong to the front of the road at the same time.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall operate an automobile which has not been covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a car in C SP which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
