A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

90,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On June 12, 2017, the Defendant was aware of the fact that he knew of around 12,01.

D and a local mental medicine (hereinafter referred to as “prolopon”), after the intent to purchase the Melopopon together, transferred KRW 200,000 to the accounts of the Saemaul Bank in the name of D (Account Number: E) under the pretext of the fund for purchasing the philopon, and D around that time paid KRW 300,000 in cash to G from the Incheon Seo-gu F Complex, and delivered KRW 0.8g of the philopon to G, and around June 14, 2017, around KRW 0.4g in the I Office located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase phiphones from G.

B. On July 7, 2017, the Defendant conspiredd to purchase the foregoing D and Handphones together, and remitted KRW 200,000 to the above Saemaul Treasury account as a fund for purchase of Handphones. D pays KRW 300,000 in cash to G around the Dong of Nam-gu Incheon, Incheon, and received delivery of KRW 0.8g of Handphones. On July 10, 2017, at the I Office located in Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon around July 10, 2017, the Defendant expressed approximately 0.4g of that among them to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase phiphones from G.

On July 15, 2017, the Defendant conspiredd to purchase the foregoing D and Handphones together, and remitted KRW 100,000 to the above Saemaul Treasury account under the pretext of the purchase of Handphones, and D paid KRW 300,000 in cash to G around July 21, 2017, and received KRW 0.8g of Handphones from the International Office located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon around July 22, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase phiphones from G.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 10, 2017, the Defendant conspired with D, and purchased the B, as described in the above paragraph 1-B, from the office described in the above paragraph 1-B around July 10, 2017.
