The defendant shall be innocent.

Ⅰ. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones to E through F.

2. The Defendant around 14:00 on August 2010, at the Defendant’s house located near H in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, received KRW 800,000 for the purchase of a penphone from E, and gave F approximately 0.8g for a penphone to F.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones to E through F.

3. The Defendant, at around 14:00 on the same day as described in paragraph 2, administered approximately 0.1g of philophones by means of injection in one’s own arms after dilutioning about 0.1g of philophones at the same place.

4. From September 20, 2010 to around 20:0, the Defendant received 300,000 won in the frontway in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for which the F, who was requested to purchase philopon from E, and provided F with approximately 0.3g of philopon to F.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones to E through F.

5. The Defendant received 800,000,000 won from the Seocheon-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the day following the date and time indicated in paragraph 4, and 21:00,000 won for the purchase of phiphones from E, and gave F with approximately 0.8g of phiphones.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones to E through F.

6. On October 23, 2010, the Defendant received 800,000,000 won from E for the purchase of phiphones, and 0.7 grams from F for the purchase of phiphones.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones to E through F.

7. The Defendant, at around 01:00 on the same day as the entry in paragraph 6, 400,000 won was cut from F at the same place and sold 0.4g opphones.
