A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

520,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant purchased, received, administered, and used the following psychotropic drugs:

1. On September 19, 2014, around 06:00, the Defendant received a non-exploied quantity of psychotropic drugs from E, Mepters (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), and administered them by means of inserting them into a single-use injection machine, dilution with raw water, and dilution into the left-hand arms.

2. The Defendant wishes to purchase phiphones with E, and E purchased 0.8 gramphones from H on the front side of G located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on October 13, 2014, at KRW 500,000,000. The Defendant, at around 03:00 on the same day, provided E with 20,000 won and 0.4 g of phiphones, after receiving approximately 0.4 g of phiphones, putting in the phiphones for one-time injection, melting them into the left-hand neck.

3. The Defendant wishes to purchase phiphones with E on November 18, 2014, E purchased 0.7 gramphones from H on the front side of G located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for KRW 500,000,000, and the Defendant, at around 20:00 on the same day, purchased 20,000 won from E at the above Dotone bank room, received approximately 0.4 g of phiphones, and administered them by means of inserting the drophones in a single-use drophone (one-use demine demine demine demine demine demine demine demine demine demine demine demine demine demine dembine demb
