Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피해자 B에 대한 모욕 피고인은 2012. 3. 5. 서울 은평구 C빌라 지층 102호 피고인의 집에서 아이디 ‘D', 닉네임 ‘E’를 이용하여 인터넷 사이트 세이클럽(www.sayclub.com)에 접속한 후, 피해자 B의 회원 닉네임 ‘F’의 공개 플로필 창에서 “어떻게할레이샹년아..해바라..세이개년아.니보지단속이나 잘해라..”, “야이년아 내가 인간적으로 할때.조용히 쳐자빠져잇지 설치고지랄하고 있네..던받아쳐먹고장미받아쳐먹고..에라이 이런 드런인간 쓰레ㅐ기들아 차리리 일치감치디지거라..” 라는 글을 게시하여 불특정 다수인이 볼 수 있도록 함으로써 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. 피해자 G에 대한 모욕 피고인은 2012. 3. 6. 06:10경 서울 은평구 C빌라 지층 102호 피고인의 집에서 아이디 ‘D', 닉네임 ‘E’를 이용하여 인터넷 사이트 세이클럽(www.sayclub.com)에 접속한 후, 피해자 G의 회원 닉네임 ‘H’의 공개 플로필 창에서 “야이새끼전과6범주제에잔대가리나 굴리고 뭐라 웃기는 짬뽕들이라꺼ㅗ 주제파악이나해라나이쳐들어서방송질이나하는주제에니개인통장은잇나 이런배은방덕한드런인간말종들아차라리똥이나쳐먹어라” 라는 글을 게시하여 불특정 다수인이 볼 수 있도록 함으로써 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

3.
