Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 13, 201, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 11:48, the 102 Dong-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu building 102.506, and (b) the name and resident registration number of D, which was previously known in advance, was entered in the third party’s website (www.S.S.com) membership on the website of the said website; and (c) denied other person’s resident registration number by creating “E” in the said website’s name.

(b) No person violating the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (information and communications network infringement) shall intrude on an information network without access authority.

On August 6, 2012, the Defendant would engage in credit business through mobile phone small payment settlement from 102, 206, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, Seoul building C around August 6, 2012.

항과 같이 생성한 D 명의의 세이클럽 아이디와 비밀번호를 입력하여 위 D의 동의 없이 세이클럽의 정보통신망에 침입하고, 피고인 B으로부터 넘겨받은 F 명의의 샷온라인 아이디와 비밀번호를 입력하여 샷온라인의 정보통신망에 F의 동의 없이 접속하는 방법으로 침입하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the information and communication network without access authority.

(c) No person who violates the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Protection, etc. shall permit the users of telecommunications billing services to purchase or use goods under the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and benefit from financing them by purchasing at a discounted price
