1. Night theft;
A. On March 3, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a visit with the victim D located in Gangnam-si C; (b) intruded into the room; and (c) cut off the sum of KRW 200,000,000, total of KRW 500,000,000, in cash, owned by the victim, from the wall under this payment.
B. On April 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on April 2, 2013, entered the said victim D’s house, opened a visit beyond the fence and intruded on the inside; and (b) stolen the said victim’s home with one computer with a total of KRW 600,000 at the market price of KRW 1,50,000; (c) one monitor with a market price of KRW 150,000,000,000 for the face value; and (d)
2. Illegal uttering of official documents;
A. On February 25, 2013, the Defendant was required to present a driver’s license in order to confirm whether the Defendant leased a car at the “F” office located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, and obtained a driver’s license from G, the president of the said siren car company.
The defendant, who was found and was in possession, presented a first-class ordinary driver's license for H under the name of the director of the Incheon Local Police Agency, which is a public document.
Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.
B. On March 16, 2013, the Defendant was required to present a driver’s license in order to confirm whether the Defendant leased a car at the “JJ” office located in Gangnam-si I and obtained the driver’s license from K, a company employee of the said siren.
The defendant, who was found and was in possession, presented a first-class ordinary driver's license for H under the name of the director of the Incheon Local Police Agency, which is a public document.
Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.
C. On April 5, 2013, the Defendant was required to present a driver’s license in order to verify whether the Defendant leased a car at the “J” office located in Gangnam-si I and obtained the driver’s license from L, the president of the said rental car company.
