Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From March 2012 to Jeju, the Defendant was working as the representative of B apartment C Dong Dong in Jeju, from September 1, 2014 to September 26, 2014, and was working as the representative of B apartment C Dong, and was discharged from his position as the representative and Dong representative on May 26, 2015.

1. The Defendant, as above, was dismissed from the Dong representative on May 26, 2015 by a resident’s vote, and on June 6, 2015, another person was elected as the Dong representative, and did not act as the president of the resident representative meeting on behalf of the resident representative.

On June 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) posted a document “request for the return of official seal and passbook following the change of the president of the resident representative conference” prepared with qualification as prescribed in paragraph (1) of paragraph (1) on June 12, 2015; (b) sent a copy of this document to the civil petition management office of B apartment housing; and (c) sent a copy of this document to E’s residence.
