Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Preparation of private documents indicating his/her qualification and holding of private documents prepared on August 10, 2016;

A. On August 10, 2016, the Defendant, who prepared a private document for qualification solicitation, did not have the authority to act for the president of the meeting of the meeting of the representatives of the meeting of the above management group when concluding the contract with C representative D in the office of the building management unit of the Gunpo-si B, 2016. B. At the same date and time as Paragraph 1(a) and at the same place as Paragraph 1(a), the Defendant, who was aware of the fact that the Defendant was qualified to act as the president of the representative conference of the above management branch and was working as the above sub-chapter D with the completion of the above construction contract, exercised the above construction contract as if it was duly formed.

2. Preparation of private documents indicating his/her qualification and holding of private documents prepared on August 29, 2016;

A.
