Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2014, the Defendant was appointed and worked as the president of the representative meeting of occupants of the apartment housing in Jeju City, and was dismissed by the president of the representative meeting of occupants on August 31, 2014.

1. Preparation of private documents for qualification solicitation;

A. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not the Chairperson of C Apartment Housing Residents' Representative Council upon receipt of notice of dismissal according to the result of resident voting by entering the office as above, on April 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around Jeju-si Office of Management of Apartment Housing (hereinafter referred to as the “C Apartment 204 Do 306 Da”; and (b) appointed Ha as a member of the 2nd Election Management Committee of C Apartment Housing Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as “C Apartment 306 Do”); and (c) appointed Ha as a member of the 2nd election management

“A” has been written in the Preparation column as “A,” and after being written in the Preparation column as “A”, the said A’s name was affixed with the seal of the chairperson of the representative meeting of apartment occupants.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising, prepared a letter of appointment, which is a private document on proof of facts, using the qualification of the president of the representative meeting of the C apartment occupants.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place stated in the preceding paragraph, commissioned his name-free employee as a member of the 2nd Management Committee of the Apartment Housing Management Committee in the letter column of “C Apartment 206 Dong 301 E” and the content column of the commission site on a computer network.

“A” has been written in the Preparation column as “A,” and after being written in the Preparation column as “A”, the said A’s name was affixed with the seal of the chairperson of the representative meeting of apartment occupants.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising, prepared a letter of appointment, which is a private document on proof of facts, using the qualification of the president of the representative meeting of the C apartment occupants.
