Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2013, the Defendant, while working at a mobile phone sales store, opened a mobile phone under the name of B and C and received documents related to joining the mobile phone in return for the Defendant’s promise to pay the fee, and opened the mobile phone and received the documents. In order to enhance the performance thereafter, the Defendant, without obtaining the consent of the above B and C, intended to open a new mobile phone under his name.

1. On May 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the E agency located in Tong-si, through B, through the table PC, entered into “C”, “F”, and “F in the resident registration number column; and (b) signed the applicant’s column with the signature “C”, and submitted as if it was an electronic record of the completion of the mobile communication to the KT company.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right and duty, the Defendant forged one copy of the mobile phone new application in the name of C, which is a prior recording of the right and duty, and forged, from February 24, 2014 to February 24, 2014, the Defendant used the new application in the name of C and B, which is a prior recording of the rights and duties, on a total of seven occasions, including the use of it.

2. On February 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered “B”, “I” in the resident registration number column, “I” in the resident registration number column, “J” in the applicant column, and “B” in the applicant column; and (b) signed the document subsequent thereto; and (c) submitted SK mobile communication completion to the company as if the document was duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the mobile phone mobile phone name change contract in B, which is a private document on the rights and duties.
