1. As to KRW 50,986,301 and KRW 50,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from January 29, 2015 to February 16, 2016.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) that was amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced October 1, 2015, the damages for delay shall be cited by applying 15% per annum from the day after the date of delivery of a copy of a complaint to the rate of damages for delay under Article 2653 of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc.
