1. The Defendant’s KRW 23,090,260 as well as 5% per annum from August 28, 2015 to October 5, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Partial dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on September 25, 2015 (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015), with respect to damages for delay, the portion in excess shall be cited by applying 15% per annum as damages for delay under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the date following October 5, 2015, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint.
