1. The Defendant’s KRW 23,664,850 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from March 20, 2013 to February 24, 2016.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Partial dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) that was amended as of September 25, 2015 and enforced as of October 1, 2015, damages for delay shall be cited by applying 15% per annum as of February 24, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of a complaint, and the excess shall be dismissed.
