1. Defendant A

A. A. Around 06:00 on December 10, 2013, the Defendant driven an E-Belgium car in the condition of under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 5 km from the front day of the A-dibane located in Busan Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Busan, to the front day of the same day at around 06:10 on the same day.

As a result, the defendant instigated B to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. Defendant B: (a) around January 8, 2014, at the office of the traffic survey team office of the Incheon Samsan Police Station around 17:37; and (b) on December 10, 2013, the Defendant driven a car of the E Belgium in lieu of A.
