Summary of Facts charged

1. Defendant A

A. On May 7, 2011, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.125% on May 22, 2011, the Defendant driving a f leisure car from a 1km section from the roads before the Gwangju Mine House to the front road of the Gwangju Mine-gu Egypt.

B. On May 8, 201, the Defendant: (a) was at the place of criminal punishment by driving a drunk driving as above; (b) called “B” from the Defendant’s home located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; and (c) had the Defendant appear in the police station to talk as if he was a drunk driving instead of drinking driving; and (d) had the offender escape from the police station.

On May 9, 201, the Defendant: (a) had B appear at the office of the Gwangju Mine Police Station Traffic Survey Team in Gwangju Mine-dong 60-6, Gwangju, and (b) had B present a false statement to the effect that he/she driven the said ready-light vehicle at his/her discretion; and (c) had B present a false statement at the office of the Transport Investigation Team in the relevant Gwangju Mine Police Station on May 16, 201, and around July 10, 201, at the above Gwangju Mine Police Station Traffic Investigation Team office, the above police station Traffic Survey Team H and its Inspector who are investigating the said case, made a false statement to him/her that he/she driven the said ready-light vehicle.

2. On May 9, 201, according to the above A’s teacher, the Defendant voluntarily present at the office of the Transport Survey Team of the Gwangju Mine Police Station located in 60-6, Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, in order to present a false statement to the effect that he/she driven the said leisure car, and around May 16, 2011 and July 10, 201, at the office of the Transport Investigation Team of the said Gwangju Mine Police Station, Defendant B made it difficult to find out the fact that he/she driven the said leisure car by making a false statement to H and its Inspector I who driven the said leisure car.
