A. At around 02:00 on April 26, 2013, the Defendant driven a D-coo vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.097% at around 02:20 on the same day from the front day of LAB7080 main points located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the front day of the regular incineration station located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju at around 02:20m.
