Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2012, at around 18:31, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim B (Namnam, 72 years of age) of the victim who had a large number of residents in front of the 351-11 Jung-dong, Gwangju Northern District, the Defendant took a large bath to the effect that “the Defendant shall find him out in this Dong and Donge, have to be less than Dong and Donge, have to be bad, and all years of age are the same equal years.”
