Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are members of the “G” group that objects to the housing redevelopment improvement project in the area of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E.

피고인들은 위 F 주택재개발정비사업조합에서 홍보요원들을 고용하여 위 구역에 거주하는 주민들을 상대로 재개발사업의 당위성을 홍보하고 재개발사업에 동의한다는 내용의 서면결의서를 징구하려 하자 이를 방해하기로 공모한 후, 2013. 4. 11.경 경기 부천시 원미구 E 일대에서 위 조합에서 고용한 홍보요원인 H, I 등이 재개발사업을 홍보하고 서면결의서를 징구하기 위하여 주민들을 찾아다닐 때 피고인 A은 피고인 B, C을 비롯한 위 ‘내재산 지킴이’ 회원들에게 홍보요원들의 뒤를 따라다니며 홍보업무를 방해할 것을 지시하고 피고인 B, C은 위 H, I의 뒤를 따라다니며 호루라기를 불고 욕설을 하면서 “서면결의 하지 맙시다! 내 재산을 지킵시다!”, “몇 동 몇 호라는 것만 찍어! 우리 동네에서 발붙이지 못하게!”라는 등으로 고함을 질러 위 위 H, I 등이 겁을 먹고 제대로 홍보활동을 하지 못하게 함으로써, 위력으로 위 홍보요원 H, I 등의 재개발사업 홍보활동에 관한 업무를 방해하였다.
