Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 21:00 on November 28, 2013, the Defendant reported that the above restaurant employees G, who had been divingd by the victim E in c market D 16, performed drinking with other customers at the time of his/her own and before towing, and that he/she provided a bath to G, “I would like to do so,” and “I would like to do so, I would like to say, “I would like to do so, I would like to say I would like to do so,” and I would like to say, “I would like to do so, I would like to say I would like to do so, and you would like to leave the above restaurant.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force over about 10 minutes.
2. On November 29, 2013, at the same place as the preceding paragraph at around 14:00, the Defendant, on the ground that the said victim reported to the police on the same act as the Defendant’s preceding paragraph, brought about the Defendant’s food materials, strings, cream, etc., which were located in the restaurant, and brought away out of the restaurant, and the victim expressed that “I would like to sway, strings, in the same year, in the first place, in the first place, and in the first place, I would like to see if I would like to see why I would like to see.
