A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (tentatively referred to as “philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), as follows:

1. On February 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received the request from C to purchase phiphones; (b) received KRW 500,000 from C to an enterprise bank account (D) in the name of the Defendant on February 6, 2013; and (c) received a transfer of KRW 500,000 from C to the account of an enterprise bank (D) in the name of the Defendant on the same day as the price for phiphones; and (d) received 500,000 won of phiphones or phiphones from C, and 0.7 g of phiphones.

After that, at around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant sent C the above 0.7g of opon from a Vietnam-style cruise car operated by C, which is parked in a mutual non-scoping ceremony located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

As a result, the defendant assisted the purchase and sale of philophones with C and a person who has no name.

2. On February 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received the request from C to purchase phiphones; (b) received KRW 500,000 from C to the company bank account in the name of the Defendant on February 22 and 20, 2013; and (c) received the transfer of KRW 500,000 from C to the company bank account in the name of the Defendant on February 9, 2013; and (d) received 500,000 won of phiphones or phiphones and 0.7 g of phiphones.

After that, at around 23:30 on the same day, the defendant sent C the above 0.7g opon from the PC bank located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan Cheongbu District.

As a result, the defendant assisted the purchase and sale of philophones with C and a person who has no name.

3. Around February 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received the request from C to purchase phiphones; (b) received KRW 500,000 from C to the account of the above company bank in the name of the Defendant on February 16, 2013; (c) received the transfer of KRW 500,000 from C to the account of the above company bank in the name of the Defendant on February 16, 2013; and (d) received 500,000 won of phiphones or phiphones on the same day from C, and received 0.7 gh from

After that, the Defendant, at around 18:00 on the same day, c, from the “F cafeteria” parking lot located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E.
