A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Nos. 5 through 12, 19, 20 respectively, of evidence seized by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 1485" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Brokerage of selling and buying psychotropic drugs;

A. On May 12, 2016, upon receipt of the request from the Defendant, the Defendant: (a) requested that D use a telephone from the Kimhae-si, Kim Young-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, “only one million won of phiphonephones change”; (b) paid D the phiphones in an irregular place; (c) on May 13, 2016, at F Station located in E around 22:00, he/she received approximately 0.7 g of the phiphonephones contained in the plastic paper using the KTX line from D; and (d) on May 16, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 100 from C in the name of “Hel” located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, one hundred and one hundred.

B. On May 15, 2016, upon receipt of the Defendant’s request from C to “Wilphone,” and on May 15, 2016, upon receipt of the request from D to “Wilphone,” the Defendant paid D with “Wilphone, 1,000,000,000 by telephone at a non-permanent place.” On May 15, 2016, the Defendant received approximately 0.7g of the penphone, which was contained in D’s plastic bus door, using D’s high-speed bus door, from May 16, 2016, and received KRW 10,00 from C for that purpose.

C. On May 22, 2016, the Defendant asked D to “Willopon’s Handphone” by telephone at a non-permanent place below Suwon City, and requested D to “Wnopon’s philopon’s philopon?” On May 23, 2016, the Defendant issued C approximately 0.7 g of philopon, which was contained in plastic bus flopon’s plastic bus flopon from D, at around 07:0 on May 23, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of psychotropic drugs three times.

2. The Defendant, who administered psychotropic drugs, on May 23, 2016, phonephones from 508 “HMoel” located in Sungnam-gu G around Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu.
