Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Revenue:
A. The Defendant entered approximately 0.7 g of psychotropic drugs purchased from a person without a name name in China at a time of danger and injury, fixing a vinyl to the floor of a vinyl paper, and concealed both horses in a new way, and arrived at the Incheon National Airport on January 30, 2013 at around 12:20 of the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones.
B. On March 4, 2013, the Defendant concealed approximately 0.7 g of philophonephones purchased from a person without his name, as described in the preceding paragraph, and started an airport for China at around 10:10 on March 4, 2013, and arrived at the Incheon National Port at around 12:20 on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones.
C. The Defendant purchased approximately 0.7g of philophones purchased from the name in China at risk cities.
At around 10:10 on September 25, 2013, the airport was concealed as described in the port and arrived at the Incheon National Airport at around 12:20 on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones.
2. Sale and purchase;
A. From February 1, 2013 to the third day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) opened up approximately 0.7g of philopon to C in an influorial telephone in the influorite terminal near the Yananan City; and (b) transferred KRW 600,000 from C to his bank account on the 6th day of the same month.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.
B. From March 4, 2013 to the 6th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 0.7g oponon from C to his bank account within the mutual influorial telephone room located in the 2nd day of the same month; and (b) received KRW 500,000 from C around the 20th day of the same month.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.
C. On September 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a 0.7g ghon phone to C in the DNA car parked on a road near the mutual nivem club located in the Seoan-si.
