A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

2,50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 2015, the Defendant purchased Meptopon (one-name “philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”) around 21:00 on December 19, 2015, at the entrance of the toilet located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, via E at the entrance of the toilet located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, received approximately 0.2 grams of the philopon in cash, 500,000 won for the philopon, and 0.2 grams of the philopon.

2. On January 1, 2016, around 11:00 on January 1, 2016, the Defendant purchased penphones: (a) from the Defendant’s BMW car parked in front of the H station located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and received approximately 0.7g gramphones, in cash, 50,000 won from the Defendant’s BM car in front of the H station located in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

3. On January 8, 2016, the Defendant purchased phiphones, around 03:00 on January 8, 2016, received approximately 0.7 grams from the front side of J Hospital located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu Seoul, to F, about KRW 50,000,000 in cash, which is contained in a single-use injection instrument.

4. Around January 13, 2016, the Defendant purchased phiphones, around 20:00 on January 13, 2016, received approximately 0.7 gramphones, which were contained in a one-time and single-time payment instrument, from Lpark access roads located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City K. to F in cash.

5. On January 18, 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones, around 07:0 on January 18, 2016, around 07:0, the Defendant 50,000 philophones in cash, which were contained in the one-time injection machine located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, and 0.7 gramlophones.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he traded approximately 3 grams of psychotropic drugs in total at least 2.5 million won.
