Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 23:20 on December 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased a single injection device containing KRW 300,000 to D; (b) a psychotropic drug 0.4g, a psychotropic drug, and traded a philopon.

2. The Defendant, around 19:00 to 20:0 on December 14, 2013, entered approximately 0.05g of philopon purchased as prescribed in paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine, and administered them in a way of injecting them into the blood transfusion after melting them.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 2, requested F to administer phiphones at a certain time and place, consented to such request, and provided 0.05 g of phiphones purchased as set forth in paragraph 1 by inserting approximately 0.05 g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine and melting them into the blood cells of F, and providing phiphones.

4. At around 02:00 on December 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.3g of philopon purchased, such as paragraph (2), into two folders; (b) stored in two shielders; and (c) carried philopon by keeping it in the cooling, after melting in the water.
