Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the authorized person handling narcotics, the Defendants dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one gramphone; hereinafter “philophones”) as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. At around 24:00 on April 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received, without compensation, approximately 0.05g of philopon recorded in water in a single-use injection machine from B in the warehouse located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (b) administered them in a way of injecting them into their arms in the same place.

B. At around 14:30 on April 24, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 gopon from H tone located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, with approximately 0.05 gopon at the same place, and inserted approximately 0.05 gopon in a single-use injection machine with B and H, respectively, and melted in the water and administered them in a way of injection with the arms.

2. Defendant B

A. At around 01:00 on April 20, 2013, the Defendant received, without compensation, approximately 0.1g of philophonephones, which are contained in H, in the warehouse located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, divided into two parts of a single-use injection machine.

B. At around 22:00 on April 20, 2013, the Defendant, at the same place as the above paragraph (a) of the said A, injected approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, and melted water in a water and administered them in a way of injecting it into the arms bloodline.

C. At around 24:00 on April 20, 2013, the Defendant provided approximately 0.05 g of philophones contained in a single-use injection machine to A at the same place as the above paragraph A. D.

On April 24, 2013, at around 14:30, the Defendant received approximately 0.05gh of oponon from H in Sungnam-si F 208, and 0.05g of oponon on the same spot, respectively, in a single-use injection instrument with A and H, and melted in the water and administered them in a way of injecting 0.05g of opon on the part of the Defendant.
