A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On March 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch on March 24, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on October 23, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but not a person handling narcotics, and is not a person handling narcotics, but a person handling narcotics, etc., shall not sell, sell, or administer a psychotropic drug-related clopon (hereinafter “copon”).

Nevertheless,

1. On October 25, 2016, at around 16:30 on October 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased a penphone with KRW 400,000 in cash from the D, or on the rooftop, which is in the permanent residence of the North Korean territory; and (b) approximately 0.1g of a penphone from, it purchased a penphone.

2. On October 25, 2016, around 17:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones purchased, such as paragraph (1), at the guest room 509 Gather 509, which is permanently residing in the border city of North Korea, and melting them into water, and in injection with the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

3. At around 20:00 on October 25, 2016, the Defendant put about approximately 0.05g of philophones purchased, as in paragraph 1, at the same place as that of paragraph 2, and melted water, and administered philophones by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

4. On October 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) rendered cash of KRW 1.5 million to the J in the Dong-gu Daegu-gu H; and (b) around that time, the Defendant purchased 3g of phiphonephones from a person who was on the part of his/her name, on the part of his/her own, in a vehicle stopped at the same time.

5. On October 28, 2016, around 03:00, the Defendant administered chophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of chophones purchased at the guest room 506 K in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as in paragraph (4), and melting them into water and melting them into the blood cells of the Defendant.
