A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who served as a child care teacher at C Child Care Center in Leecheon-si B.

1. 3. 2016. 9. 19. 자 범행 피고인은 2016. 9. 19. 10:06 경 제 1 항 기재 장소에서 위 피해 자가 간식을 먹은 후 간식 그릇이 놓여 있던 책상 위로 올라가려고 하는 모습을 보고 화가 나 서 있는 피해자의 배 부위를 손으로 밀어 바닥에 엉덩방아를 찧고 넘어지게 하였다.

4. A crime committed on September 21, 2016;

가. 피고인은 2016. 9. 21. 11:57 경 제 1 항 기재 장소에서 피해 자가 같은 반 친구 F의 얼굴을 꼬집는 모습을 보고 화가 나, 앉아 있는 피해자의 상의를 뒤에서 잡아 당겨 바닥에 엉덩방아를 찧게 하고, 왼손으로 피해자의 뺨을 1회 꼬집었다.
