Criminal facts

The Defendant, from September 1, 2013, served as a teacher in Seoul elementary school located in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Seoul as a teacher from March 2, 2018 to June 5 of the above school.

1. Crimes against Victims C (Nam, 12 years old);

A. A. Around March 2018, the Defendant: (a) deemed the victim to have a well-known and well-known book at the class of the above school; and (b) attached it in a tape, and (c) led the victim to a emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of the child, by sounding “I would like to see why it would be late.
