Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on July 28, 2016 by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Seoul Northern District Court on July 20, 2016.

The defendant, due to influence, was issued a prescription by using personal information of his family members and relatives, for the reason that a limited quantity of exemption can increase the water surface effect by taking a prescription from a hospital with the prescription of the hospital and taking off the limited quantity of exemption.

1. On November 25, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around the same day, at C Council members located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and (b) received treatment as if the Defendant’s birth was D; (c) on the same day, the Defendant purchased the time-to-si 28 hours, which was put into D’s prescription, from September 23, 2019 to September 23, 2019 in the same manner; and (d) illegally used another person’s resident registration number by receiving medical treatment under the name of two others or purchasing medicines under the same method as indicated in attached Table 1.

2. Around November 25, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the National Health Insurance Act, received insurance benefits from the above C member, and received a prescription after being treated as D and received as D, and accordingly, paid KRW 10,110 out of the medical expenses as D’s insurance benefits. From that time, until September 23, 2019, the Defendant received medical treatment or purchased medicine in the name of D and F 5,896 won in total under the same method from September 23, 2019, thereby obtaining insurance benefits in an unjust manner.

3. Around November 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) was not a person handling narcotics, but was given medical treatment and prescription at the E pharmacy on the same day.
