Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2019, the Defendant in violation of the National Health Insurance Act (hereinafter “National Health Insurance Act”) received insurance benefits by unlawful means by purchasing 11,750 won from a pharmacy located in Seo-gu, Daegu, Daegu, as if he were F, in a prescription for F, so that he would pay 11,750 won from the pharmaceutical expenses as F’s insurance benefits. From around that time to June 10, 2019, the Defendant received insurance benefits of 164,640 won in a total of 12 times, such as the list of crimes (2) in the same manner.

3. On February 27, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) issued a prescription of 28 days in Daegu-gu, where the Defendant was given medical treatment while working as if the Defendant was F and was given medical treatment for more than the limited quantity in the Eanesthesia department clinic located in Daegu-gu D, Daegu-gu.
