A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant embezzled stolens and stolen stolens without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one resident registration certificate of the victim C lost in the Busan metropolitan railroad 295, Gangseo-gu, Busan metropolitan railroad 295, Seodong-gu, Busan, and then returning it to the above victim.

In addition, the Defendant, without authority, entered “G” in the form of a new contract for the SK Telecom Services, which was kept at the place without authority, with the color pension and signed on the customer column, forged one copy of a new contract for the service in the name of G, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and exercised the contract by presenting the forged contract to the said victim on the same page.

Then, as seen above, the above victim entered into a mobile phone subscription contract while driving as if he was G, and that part of which belongs, galgal ju City equivalent to the market value of 968,000 won from the above victim.
