1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On May 201, 201, the Defendant acquired one resident registration certificate lost by the victim AG in the street near the Manam-si, Sungnam-si, and embezzled the Defendant’s thought to have the victim, without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

B. At around 14:30 on June 201, the Defendant: (a) acquired six precious metals, such as 18K 18,40,000 won from the victim’s name in front of the Seongbuk-gu AH department store, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning to the victim; and (c) embezzled the victim’s name on his/her own thought without taking necessary procedures.

2. Illegal uttering of official documents;

A. A. On July 15, 2011, the Defendant sold one half-half of the official document acquired, as set forth in paragraph 1-B, from Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, to AJ for KRW 430,00,00, and the Defendant denied the completion of the resident registration certificate of AG, which was an official document acquired by AJ, as set forth in paragraph 1-A, as if the Defendant’s resident registration certificate was a Defendant’s resident registration certificate.

B. Around July 23, 2011, the Defendant sold the necks, etc. obtained from the above “AI” bank to the AJ for KRW 4.20,00,000, and presented the AG’s resident registration certificate, which was a public document obtained by the AJ, as the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, to the AJ, who is aware of the fact that it was the Defendant’s resident registration certificate.

C. On July 25, 2011, the Defendant sold one half of 90,00,000, as in paragraph 1-B from the above “AI” bank to the AJ, and presented the AJ’s resident registration certificate, which is a public document obtained by the AJ, as in paragraph 1-A of the same Article, to the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, and subsequently presented it to the AJ, who is unaware of the circumstances, as it is the Defendant’s resident registration certificate.
