A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 27, 2018, around 08:08, the Defendant taken pictures of other people’s body that may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame on the platform of subway 2 subway lines located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, using one’s cellular phone (galno No. 5) functions as a camera of one’s cellular phone (galno No. 5), and taken pictures of the balthma and yellow sand on the bridge of a female who suffers from an incurable injury against his/her will.

On June 28, 2018, at around 07:45, the Defendant taken a photograph of another person’s body against his/her will, using his/her cellular phone (galno No. 5), which could cause sexual humiliation or a sense of shame by photographing a female’s bridge to his/her galthroin and verification verbally, using a camera function of his/her cellular phone (galthno No. 5).

3. On June 29, 2018, at around 08:07, the Defendant taken pictures of another person’s body, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using his/her cellular phone (galthnoe 5) carmera function, of a woman’s bridge, to take pictures of his/her galthical luxa and a white luxa, against his/her will.

around 14:52 on May 19, 2018, the Defendant used the Defendant’s mobile phone image photographing function in the “E store” located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to take a screen picture against his/her will, as well as to take a screen picture against his/her will, the victim’s bridge that he/she has taken after the female victim was frighted.

6. By the same method until December 26, 2000, female victims’ legs were taken 19 times in total, such as in the annexed list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using mobile phone cameras against their will.
