Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, received money from the victim to the K account (L) under the name of the Defendant’s father’s husband’s husband’s wife’s management, with the sum of KRW 255,000 on the same day as the price for the above goods, and KRW 320,000 on the May of the same month.
