Punishment of the crime

around February 10, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter “sale of coffees” on the Internet Y website and falsely sent it to the victim Z who contact with the victim “on the part of remittance of the price, it would send coffees.”

However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 110,00 from the victim’s AA bank account (AB) in the name of the Defendant, from that time, and acquired KRW 3,089,00 from that time to June 13, 2019 by remitting KRW 26 times in total from the victims in the manner described in the attached Table 1.

Around June 11, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet Y site stating that “the sale of shots” will be made to the victim AC who contacted the Internet Y site, thereby sending the money to the victim AC.

However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 90,00 from the victim’s AD bank account (AE) in the name of the Defendant, and acquired KRW 6,781,00 from that time to September 17, 2019 by remitting KRW 6,781,00 in total from the victims 59 times, as shown in the AD bank account (AE) in the name of the Defendant, from that time.

On August 25, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter on August 25, 2019, stating that “The deep tea is sold” on the Internet Y site, and false statement was made to the victim U.S. who contacted with the Defendant that “on the part of remittance of the price.”

However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the pain.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and is deceiving him.
