Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On November 22, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment for fraud in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 30, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On July 15, 2019, the Defendant posted on July 15, 2019 a letter to the effect that “C”, which is an Internet used goods transaction site in Ansan-gu, Gyeonggi-do, would sell 75,000 won for remittance to the victim D who reported and contacted with it.”
However, even if the defendant has received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above goods.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received 75,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant as the price for the above goods on the same day.
2. On July 22, 2019, the Defendant posted on July 22, 2019, a letter stating that “C”, which is an Internet used goods transaction site, at the E-dong’s home located in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, the Defendant would send an Arabic belt to the victim G who reported and contacted, stating that “The Defendant would transfer the amount of KRW 80,000 won to the victim G.”
However, even if the defendant has received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above goods.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received 80,000 won from the victim as the price for the above goods on the same day from the victim and acquired it through the bank account under the name of H of job offering.
3. On August 15, 2019, the Defendant, on August 15, 201, posted a letter to the effect that “C”, which is a website for trading of used goods from the Internet in the Seocho-gu Incheon-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, as of August 15, 2009, sells “a 2019,” and the victim J who reported and contacted with the Defendant, “on the face of remitting KRW 180,000,000,000,0000,000 won, shall be stamped.”
