Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On July 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Seoul Central District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 10, 2015 at the Seoul Detention Center, and was more than twice the same criminal record.

Accordingly, the defendant provided each mental medicine.

A. The Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones into arms by dilution with scopic 0.1g, at the same time, at the same place as paragraph 1(a).

B. The Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophonephones into arms by dilution with raw water at the same time, place, and 0.1g of philophones.
