Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 Highest 3153" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. due to the number of drugs of a psychotropic spirit;

A. On October 2, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant received approximately 1g 1g of the Meteptop clop (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) a local mental medicine, from D, on the front of the sales store located in the Yancheon-si.

B. On November 4, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant, at around 20:10, sent G approximately 0.05g philopon to G from 210 to 0.05g in Seoul Special Metropolitan Gwangjin-gu E.

On November 6, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 1g of philopon from D at H resting places located in the Chungcheongbuk-gun around 01:00, around November 6, 2015.

On November 6, 2015, the Defendant, at around 19:00, provided G with approximately 0.05 g of philopon from 210 pulon in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E.

E. At around 10:00 on December 4, 2015, the Defendant received from D the volume of phiphones without compensation on the front of the Furter in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E.

F. On December 5, 2015, at around 21:00, the Defendant, at around 21:00, provided G with approximately 0.05g philopon from 210 to 0.05g in Seoul Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

As a result, the defendant received six times the mental medicine.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. due to medication of drugs with a psychotropic spirit;

A. On November 4, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g philopon into the Defendant’s left part with a single-use injection machine, from 210 popon in Seoul Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

B. On November 6, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g philopon into the Defendant’s left part with a single-use injection machine, from 210 popon in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E.

On December 5, 2015, at around 21:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g philopon into the Defendant’s left part with a single-use injection device, from 210 popon in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E.
